Guided Nature Walks

Guided Nature Walks - Singapore Nature Tours with Big Bunny Trails
Despite our highly urbanised landscape and small land area, Singapore is home to a rich biodiversity of plant and animal species. Some of our key habitats include tropical rainforests, mangroves and marine ecosystems.

If you love being outdoors and have never visited any of our nature reserves or parks, the best is to go on a guided tour with Big Bunny Trails. Come explore 'wild' Singapore with our experienced nature guides!

Where can I visit?

These are some of our favourite places:

If the location you want is not mentioned here, please contact us directly for more information.

What can I get from the tour?

You will learn about the biodiversity and ecology of the place.

Your experienced guide will introduce you to some of the flora and fauna found along the way and he/she probably has some interesting anecdotes to tell you too. Surprise your family members and friends with photos of Singapore which they have never seen before!

How long is the tour?

Our walks are usually 2 hours long depending on the location. Longer tours can be arranged upon request.

What if I want to do only birdwatching or just want to look at plants?

No problem. All our tours are customisable and our guides will show you the best places to look for what you want.

What time does the tour start?

That depends on your schedule. We will give recommendations, depending on the location, and the rest is up to you.

How many persons can a guide take?

Not more than 12 persons.

Why can't the guide take more visitors, for eg. 30 or 40, in a group?

Nature guides do not use voice amplifiers during guiding because we do not want to disturb the wildlife or other visitors. The smaller the group, the better the interaction with the guide, the more you will see and hear.

How much do you charge?

Please refer to the guiding fees list here.

Are there any admission fees?

Most nature areas in Singapore are free to the public. Certain places, such as the National Orchid Garden at the Singapore Botanic Gardens charge a fee. Admission fees to attractions are not included in the guiding fees.

What should I wear / bring?

Singapore's daily temperature ranges from 24°C to 33°C. It is best to wear light clothing to keep cool, comfortable walking shoes (no slippers or flip flops), a hat and/or sunglasses. Bring lots of drinking water, insect repellent and binoculars, if you own one.
